Our strategy for this project will involve initiatives that may include any variation of the following:

  • Extend our proven track record in Southbridge Crossing, with over 35 houses sold with Chris Hedstrom, having the majority share of sales.
  • Presence in the Display Centre for showings, meetings, inquires, or information, as requested by customers, at their convenience, by appointment, 7 days a week, days and evenings, as required by licenced Realtors®.
  • Respond to all calls, set up appointments, screen & prequalify buyers, and educate customers on the project, builders and benefits of Calmar and Southbridge Crossing.
  • Listen to the buyers, and assist them in selecting their builder from our Affiliated  Builders list to the buyer’s individual needs, based on the building preferences, and adaptabilities of each builder, to be a good fit for both parties.
  • Assist “buyers” in any other real estate needs, such as pricing evaluations, provide realistic salable timelines of current residence, provide a current reflection of the real estate market, and assist or administer the sale of their current home, all to help them in the transition of one home to another.
  • Revisit the numerous contacts and visitor logs of customers and visitors that past registered as potential home buyers, and advise them of the Marketing changes to the development.
  • Supply, create, facilitate and execute all aspects of binding contracts, for the house and lot purchases, using the most current forms, from the Alberta Real Estate Association and or Affiliated Builders contract forms as the case may be.
  • 100% full brokerage services, with full support in all aspects of conveyancing, administration, & support
  • Strong social media campaign including a combination of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Point2 Homes, YouTube, Kijiji, Blogging and featured listings on personal websites, to increase exposure.
  • MLS exposure (unlimited potential)
  • Utilize print media including placement in our advertising space in community newspapers, such as Leduc Rep, Beaumont Nouvelle. (Both distributed throughout Leduc county and surrounding communities)
  • Promote the existing Referral program with local Relocation services to locate buyers, use personal sphere of influence, Utilize MLS and real estate connections to attract other Realtors to bring their clients to build with us.
